IPC2U presents the new Infotainment Tablet PC ICE-ROCK-08A for industrial and business opportunities. The 8“ Touch Screen TFT LCD ICE-ROCK-08A provides good presentation and communication qualities. It is equipped with an Intel Atom Z510 1.1GHz or Intel Atom Z530P 1.6GHz CPU with hardware acceleration. It prevents the overloading of the processor and allows multitasking with low capture of ressources.

The ICE-ROCK supports H.264, MPEG1/2/4, VC-1/WMV9 decoding and can be connected over a Docking-Station and VGA interface with displays, beamer or TV. Communication can be done by 1x LAN, WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 Module or HDPA-Modul (optional) interfaces. Moreover the ICE-ROCK has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, which allows real time communication at bad lightning conditions, a microphone and two speakers.

An autodimming sensor ensures an automatic adjustment of screen brightness to the environment. Thus optimal visibility and efficient power consumtion are possible. When the Tablet PC is turned, the image adusts automatically. The ICE-ROCK-08A has IP62 Front Panel protection grade and 1kg weight. The Tablet PC possesses a lot of interfaces such as 2x USB and 1x LAN.
